The Process we Follow for Spent Earth Extraction Plant
In our company, we follow specific steps as illustrated below.

Palletizing
At this stage, the spent earth is subjected to thermal conditioning, where the temperature are raised to the required level. The spent earth is then passed through palletizers, where compressed perforated pallets are made.

Pallets are dried to evaporate excess moisture in order to give them the proper texture. The drying is carryout in open through sun light (Manual Operation).

Extraction
Extraction
The process happens in an Batch extractor and is used to recover oil from spent earth using hexane.

De-oiling
This is the process where the remaining oil from spent earth after extraction is recovered.

Distillation
Oil from the above process is distilled at temperatures not exceeding 1000C to yield an oil of high quality and of good colour that is free from moisture and impurities.
